80's 4hp and 7.5 hp cowling the same?

Lost my 7.5 1983 sailmaster's cowling hood on the hwy.
I found 1986 4 hp. one on ebay. Will those cowlings intercahnge or fit?
Also are the idle mixture button and the choke buttns the same on those models?
