805359T throttle cable bracket is on back order

Is there any other throttle cable bracket I can use for the Edelbrock 1409 engine is a mercruiser 5.7 Chevy small block? I'm kind of foggy on the layout of my old two barrel, but I'm also wondering if maybe I can cut or modify the bracket from my two barrel and make that one work until it's back in stock? I've already been pushed back on two orders and now they're talking about mid to late October. Greatly appreciate the advice
