the model is either a 1970 or 71 and built by clinton. they only built the J700 in 70 -71 so its one or the other.

Thank for the info, It's most likley 1970 then , that's when the boat was new. I have an old 1.5 HP Also that ran like a top. I have had it stored for many years, but am sure with little TLC it would be running again. I think it's around late 40s to early 50s. I want to get the model # and pin it down. thanks again
