the motor recently had a tune up new throttle cable and carbs cleaned and new carb gaskets. had the boat out yesterday noticed it took a couple of seconds to get to speed at full throttle. got going further up the lake i had to slow down when i went to throttle up again engine was slow so i pushed the throttle forward more started to pick up speed. but then the throttle cable let go off the engine. i put it back on started the motor up went to give it power to go forward the engine would stall same in reverse but when th engine is in neutral it will rev up no problem i have an electric throttle box. what would cause this is it a throttle problem. also i noticed to props bolt backed off a bit but it has a pin that helps hold it on thank god.
