Pulled the boat out this weekend to get ready for the season.Went to tilt the motor up and wouldn't go.Motor is running in both the up and down switch positions but motor not moving.Had small leaks in the cylinders.Just added oil now n then.Pulled the reservoir plug and seemed to have plenty of oil.Added more oil with same results.Can't hear the motor change sounds like it usually when motor starts to move just the motor whining.All help appreciated.
