Getting ready to do a link and sink on my outboard do anyone have any helpful tips. I have ready my manual over and over just want to hear some hands on advice. thanks
Not much of a tip, but something you can check on. Some folks will sync and link properly, then mis-adjust the throttle cable. When your S&L is done, connect the throttle cable and remove the airbox cover. Be sure the carb butterflys are parallel to the carb body (fully open, but not over open) when the throttle lever is at full throttle. I have seen them adjusted where the butterflys were only 70% open at full throttle.
