'77 70hp starter

My 1977 70 hp keeps blowing the 20amp fuse for the starter. Any ideas on places to look?<br /><br />Thanks!

That fuse is for the rest of the electrical system, Trbe.<br /><br />The starter will draw several hundred amps.<br /><br />You need to wring out all of your electrical system.<br /><br />Good luck.
