I have 75hp mariner motor with fuel pouring out of the throttle body when I prime the motor with the primer bulb, the floats on all 3 carbs are working and had them checked by a professional, any ideas on what causes this problem? It has run in the past but now I cannot get it to start

Try iboats and you may have to buy a kit to get the needles. Know not of anyone selling just the needles but somebody may.

If you had the carbs checked by a professional, then you need a new professional. Improper float level settings or defective needles and seats are the only way fuel can get out of the carb by squeezing the primer bulb. It is also highly unlikely that all three carbs would develop the same problem at the same time so your professional probably misadjusted the floats and you really don't need new needles.
