Recently installed new prop on 75 Evinrude 70 hp motor. Fired her up on muffs last night to check out carbs etc... after rebuild. Ran for just a few minutes in neutral only, never put her in gear. Noticed after shutdown that grease / greyish color and fairly thin, not runny but maybe the consistency of a chocolate milkshake was running out of the prop and onto the ground. Newbie here, what have I done wrong? I did install a new thrush bushing with prop, but thinking I may have installed it backwards, should the gasket portion be facing the prop or the motor?
