distributors are poor design with molded in wiring so when wiring deterioates can't be replaced or the internal parts in distributor, does anyone know of something that can be used to replace this distributor?

I found an article describing how to repair those wires a few years ago. If I can find it, I'll post it.

Triggers in those distributors are replaceable. You must replace the whole housing. CDI electronics makes them, I believe.

Ditto on the rotors.

If it just the Insulation that is cracking and splitting, a can of Liquid Neoprene, can be used to reinsulate the Wire(s). If the copper itself has sheared, then a splice might repair it, but sometimes you just have to replace the Unit in its entirety

replacement housings are $600 which i feel is ridiculois, starflite appreciate your getting me that, helps a great deal,pics are good enough to see were termination points are to replace them,ty
