74 johnson 50 loses power after 400 yds.

Have replaced power pack.reduces to 1 cylinder after 400 yards at full throttle.Any suggestions
could it be the coils.

You could use an inductive timing light and find out which cylinder is quitting, then switch the coils and see if the miss moves with the coil. If the miss follows the coil you have found your problem.
