73 Evinrude 50hp compression 120 each cyl. New coils, wires, plugs. Rebuilt carbs. will not idle good, sometimes great. You run in the water and will run wot but takes a couple of min to get to wot. Now it wont idle dies then you run fast idle bring it back down to idle and it runs a min or so then dies. when running on muffs you hear a popping back through the carbs. any ideas?
