72 Johnson 25 hp gearcase bearing head seal

I’m resealing this gearcase with all new seals. I’m not sure how the bearing head seal is removed and replaced. Anyone have an idea , thanks.

You pop out the washer and install a new seal.-----Then put the washer back in or leave it out.-----The washer is a " fishing line keeper outer "

Ok, thanks. I wasn’t sure how/if that big washer came out to get to the seal.
