I have a1991/1992 Force outboard that isles and Boggs down under throttle in neutral or in gear. It was running just fine out on the lake for two days. On the third day it was running fine until I stopped and idled for a couple of minutes. When I took off it was boggling down. When I put it in neutral without any throttle it was idling high. Any ideas what is causing this issue? Thanks in advance for your help.

To me it sounds like it's lean and that's why you have high idle and bogging down on load.
Carb rattled lose? Crankcase hose torn, plugged main jet.
My pump diaphragm was bad and it smoked a lot and had a colossal fuel consumption.
But if it's not delivering fuel I guess you would see the symptoms you describe.

I took the fuel pump off and it appears the diagram was leaking on the side. I have attached a photo of my fuel pump. From my research, it appears that this fuel pump is obsolete. Any ideas where to get a replacement and what model?

If the diaphragm is bad you do not need to change the whole fuel pump.
Just change the diaphragm and the gasket.
There are fuel pump kits out there with diaphragm and gasket, both OEM or aftermarket.

I can’t seem to find this fuel pump online. Any idea where I could find this one.

Thanks Nordin. I ordered the kit and installed it. The motor isn’t bugging down now, but at throttle it run for a couple of minutes and then the motor dies. I am attaching a photo of a part that I am not sure what it’s called. I think there might be an issue with it. After repairing the fuel pump and new gaskets and needle on the carb, I started it up and it idled high. I pushed the black button on this part and the idle went down to normal. Could someone tell me what this part is and what it’s function is. Could it be causing my problem? Thanks

That is the fuel-enrichment valve (it replaced the old choke-plates in the carburetors (it maybe jamming-up in the open position)

Testing the Enricher/ Choke: Pump the ball, should get hard, then someone at the key, you at the enricher.
Start the motor, pull the hose from the enricher to the carb. If it's pumping fuel or fuel coming out? Then it might be bad?? Running, pinch off the hose to the carb, should make no difference. Then running, push in the key and release, should make the motor do something different.
Take the hose off, push in the key pushing it in, it should squirt a little gas, then do nothing.
There's a rubber diaphragm inside that can go bad??
