how do you go about getting a little more performance out of a 70 hp yamaha

forgot to mention 70 hp tiller on a 17 ft lakesport duck boat boat runs 32mph on gps
have a powertech 13x17 pitch 3 blade
boat weighs 730lbs w/all gear
seems like it should get a little more out of it
does anyone know how this could be done? I am turning about 5500 rpms

Check to see what a boat/motor set up like yours did on this site and what prop they used. If yours can not match that closely then you may have a motor problem or set up problem
