I have a 7 hp Sears Ted Williams Outboard Motor with serial # 21759440. Its own by my Dad who past away Three Years ago. I just recently used it with
my Jon Boat. Before Im in the ocean, I try to turn on at home several times and it works perfectly in the bucket. With good idle and comp. (everything is working fine). But however, I just notice on actual performance with my boat . Its to hard to turn it on/no idle/ and
later part its running but no power even my RPM is in max.position. What are the possible causes that leads the engine not to perform same thing in the bucket?
