Motor is a 73 built by Eska for Sears.Fuel mix is 24:1 use 2 stroke oil for chain saws/weed eaters etc.as it is an air cooled Tecumseh power head.
It has a water cooled exhaust leg and water should mist out of the relief holes on the leg.Any quality outboard gear lube for the lower unit.
Parts for the power head may be available at a small engine shop.
Cetrified parts corp for parts as well and Sears may have some parts.

Are you sure about the fuel mixture. Could it be 40:1. I just took it out and it was not right thanks

Generally too rich fuel mix will not affect performance. It will just smoke more
and possibly foul plugs over time.
That said Eska to 73 24:1 74 up is 32:1 Oil is the life blood of a 2 stroke I wouldn't mess with the mix for 1.3 ozs per gallon.
