IMG_0032.jpgIMG_0020.jpgIMG_0023.jpgfor sale etc 070.jpgfor sale etc 063.jpglooking for images of original orlando clippers fiberglass or even to find out what model my boat is. i own 2 clippers and dont know much about either one of them. my 12' aluminum is a 66 and my 18' fiberglass is a 69. I'm restoring the 18 footer to better fit my needs. however i want to retain some of the original style, this boat was incomplete when i got it so i want to know what i need to get (or make myself) to get this thing looking like a vintage clipper.

Welcome to iboats Dry Dock,

I can't recall those particular models here on the forums, but you may get lucky. You're best bet for pictures would be Google, but you may not be real succesful there. Best of luck to you on finding the pictures you need.

We're here to help if you have actual glassing questions during the restorations.

Re: 69 orlando clipper resto fiberglass hull

im going to make a wheelhouse in the front of the boat with a hard top. What matierial to use on the sides 3/4 marine plywood?, i want to cut windows into the sides. and what should i use for about a 4x6 foot roof thats not too heavy but will be strong enough to stand on to jump off. i was thinking 1/2 marine ply but not sure if thats too heavy once its all glassed in. maybe starboard if its lighter. and what thickness of ply for the floor if im glassing it in on the top, and the stringers are a foot apart.
