62' 40 johnson lower unit

Took off 6 bolts on bottom of unit and unbolted shift linkage. Tried prying off but will not drop out. Is it seized in the upper end. help!

Did you get the hidden bolt? You have to take the exhaust cover off to expose it at the back of the motor.
