60hp Evinrude Identification?

How can I find out what year and model my motor is? I'm unable to fin any identification on it anywhere. Thanks

Could be a 1970 / 71 --------------Or a 1988.----------Or a 1995 model.-------And they are all different.---------Pictures will help you !

I was able to get hold of the PO and was told it was model E60TLCDS 1986.

Only a handful of states title outboards but requiring bills of sale and what not.
