I'm hoping somebody can point me in the right direction here, I've got a 97 evinrude 60hp. The electric primer is bad, the back is melted like it got hot. I flip it to manual primer and it fires right up then I flip it back I can run the motor all u want once it's started, it idles good goes to full speed with no issues. But once I shut it off for a min it will start back up no problem and it will idle in neutral just fine but if I put it in gear it bogs down and dies. If u just let it idle in neutral for a min it comes out of it and I can give it gas and run. Any ideas would be appreciat
