6 horse Evinrude cutting out at 1/2 throttle

Need your help on this one. I just had the carb rebuilt and it has ran like a champ until yesterday. Motor fires and runs ok. It just seems to bob down and shut off at 1/2 throttle.

Any ideas?

sounds like bad gas, maybe water in gas.
