'58 Lonestar Skylark stringers

I was painting the floor today and noticed a 1/4 hole which looks like some one screwed something down it looks to be metal. Does anyone know what the stringers and or layout is under the floor?

There is no way to know exactly what's under it, builders changed layouts frequently, sometimes it was a designed purposeful change and other times the crew just did it differently. You just need to start cutting and find out.
