Redoing the stringers, deck and transom on my old cabin cruiser and to my amazment I found a total of 57 holes drilled in the transom and patched with various techniques, some of which had failed and caused all the damage to begin with.
So I have the new transom fabbed up and was planning on screwing through some of those holes to cinch the transom up tight against the fiberglass until it set.

But I want to repair them all properly.

What should I do and use?

Thanks

whatever resin you use to do the transom just thicken it with cabosil and fill the holes, I'd do a dry fit to test how you're gonna cinch the transom up to the stern, then go for it.

in any transom there are allways trhu hull holes.....(i.e the drive hole or garboard drain)...use these holes where ever you can for cinching up the transom

If you grind the fireglass you should put a layer or two of glass over the un-needed holes and then finish from the outside.
