I'm trying to link & sych. my engine. the book says to loosen throttle cam screws and adj. cam.<br /> I loosened screws but cam is not slotted so how do you adj. cam?

One end of the cam should have a "slot" for adjustment Ratchet. Losen both screws and see if one end or the other moves out or in.
