55lb digital trolling motor is squeeking

had to swap it with spare.send it in ,or do it myself?

Did you pull the prop and check for fishing line wrapped around in there? This can happen without you knowing it.

ya thanks,its my buddy's,he might send it in,but yea we got some line out,but kept squeeking, actually got louder.plus he has 2 identical.so its nothing of great concern.
