I hear air escaping from around carbs when pumping the primer bulb and bulb doesn’t build up pressure

Year / serial# ?-----Perhaps there is a ruptured fuel pump diaphragm or leaking float valves.----Or air leaks on fuel line / inside fuel tank and bulb is pumping air.----Should be easy to correct I think.

Is the primer bulb full of fuel? It needs to be. Did you replace your water separator or other filter recently? Those are better if you fill them with fuel, rather than trying to pump them up using the primer bulb.

Just had carburetors rebuild and was running.
Tried the soap test, no bubbles.
New separator filled with fuel. Haven’t checked the fuel pump.
