50 hp Johnson VXL-11a - Steering

Hi Everyone, <br />I have a used (new to me) 16ft aluminum 1971 Starcraft with a 50hp Johnson "Super Seahorse" model VXL-11A. <br />The boat and engine are fine, but the steering has to be redone. I had the old pulley system. I would like to either get a new pully system. I would need the master pulley under the steering wheel with all of the accessories. Or I would like to go to a new model of steering, but the engine does not have a "hollow tube", but it does have tiller bar with a place to lockdown a clamp. Pic of the tiller bar on Johnson engine <br /><br />Any help would be appreciate as I have been checking online for two weeks and have found no one to answer my questions.<br /><br />Thanks,
