Can anyone tell me what the white wire goes to under the flywheel? (other end goes to top coil)

Is it a 1985??<br />Got a model number?<br />They seem to have used a different ignition every year or two, so we need to id the motor first.<br /><br />Does the motor have points or blue cd modules and coils?<br /><br />If it has points, it should have a white wire connected to the breaker plate.
