5.7gsi No Start

1998 Penta(pbycce) Low pressure fuel pump primes when the fuel pump relay socket is jumped, but not with relay in.(substituted new relay still no start)
H.P pump gets 12 volts. I get a No Start, seems to not be getting fuel.
I have the penta shop manual but they are for a 1999 model year and the engine wiring diagram is different

I need direction Any help appreciated....

Can someone please supply me with a link for the engine cable wiring diagram for the above engine. When I purchased the boat(1998) the 1999 shop manual was sent to me by mistake. It's not till recently that I realize the diagrams are different.. Thanks
