reading alot about the 5.7 vortec intake manifold gasket blowing out on autos when using a edelbrock performer ,and to use

FEL-PRO MS 98000 T Intake Manifold Gasket Set is this the way to go even on marine applications? 5.7 vortec with edelbrock performer manifold use gasket fel pro ms98000 t gasket?​
