5.7 Serpentine Belt Tensioner

I've got a chipped pulley on the tensioner on my 5.7. Still works but I'd like to replace it. I notice it's Volvo part 3860079 that looks like this:


Are there any appropriately sized auto replacements that are lower priced?

At least Merc sells just the pulley 818382, 865598, 8M6500024 is about 3 1/8 inch across, and newest one is 865777

Unable to find the VP one as a breakdown part. Might be able to take to NAPA and see if they can cross

Would that pulley work for my VP 5.7?

I was originally looking for just the pulley, but couldn't find it on the VP parts lists. I'm new to boating and still trying to figure out the best sources of information, the diagram I was referencing was here: VP Parts
and didn't show just the pulley.

If that pulley you sent would work, that's a big help as that's really all I wanted to change and that's much more affordable than the whole assembly (though there do seem to be whole auto tensioners that are just as inexpensive).

I don't know. See what dimension yours is and if the ID is about the same then just need the bolt hole size and width
