5.7 MPI and Distributor Cap Issues

Can anyone help locating the correct part # for this cap? There seems to be an abundance of part #'s and I want to make sure I get the correct one. From my research this is the troublesome "flat cap" or "crap cap".

Is there an alternative if they are so troublesome? If so, any recommendations?
