i bought this boat 5 months ago and it had not been ran in about 5to 6 years the starter engages and clanks hard when starting and i think the engine is frozen. Any way to remedy this hsort of a new engine or rebuild?

Take the plugs out and squirt some mystery oil in all the cylinders. Turn it over by hand on the crank pulley. Might have to let it sit a bit with the oil in it. If that doesn't work, rebuild time. You rings are junk. Should add also that you should remove the outdrive also. That could stop a motor from turning.

Do i need to remove the exhaust logs to get to the plugs? I assume I do since i cannot even see the plugs... wow how do these things come off...
