can the upper crankshaft seal leak enough air to make the idle high and surge. I think its sucking air so i sprayed everthing down and the only place i get a change is under the flywheel
rpms drop and idle levels out when i spray carb cleaner under the flywheel where the plentum bolts to the block. might try eather to see if motor speeds up
