can anyone give me a pointer on where to start? my buddy has a Evinrude and he says his prop doesnt turn.. im new to the whole outboard scene, i actually did my 1st water pump repair on my 15 merc, it was a success
a little more detail, won't turn when running, won't turn when on trailer, has he tried shifting it. some must turn the prop when shifting, with the motor not running.
