the real problem as mentioned, is the guy's 1988 coupler and flywheel won't bolt up.
Also, if running RWC in salt or brackish, might have a problem with steam holes in the heads corroding shut.
Center risers on a 350 probably wouldn't make noticeable gains... maybe 5hp
Stainless prop probably a better investment.
Just keep it tuned up, keep the bottom clean, buy good gas and plumb it through a water separating filter, and lighten the load as much as possible.
