I searched and couldn't find the info I was looking for. I crunched my intake housing on my 2003 mercury 40 jet outboard. The engine still ran fine and I was able to get home. I have ordered the new parts to replace the intake housing, but is there any thing special I should know. Is it just a matter of unbolting the housing and bolting the new on on? Thanks>
