That's OK, I think our ice storm is heading your way. They're talking 0'f tonight and -6 tomorrow night minus a wind chill I imagine. The ice could be around till spring!

Dunno, I'd say 30MPH on a sled is a little rougher than 80 on a snowmobile ;)

My second job out of college dealt with a lot of plastic manufacturing. we built a lexan toboggan with teflon runners. we put the self-adhesive anti-skid tread steps on it to not slide off. scary fast down the local snow hill. it didnt stop at the bottom, it just went over the next hill and into traffic. I think I passed Clark Griswold.

Gave it to a fellow co-worker who hit a tree so hard he fractured his leg in about 6 places. Lexan may be bullet proof, however it shatters in cold weather when hitting a tree.
