I just bought a 4 hp mariner outboard.It starts on the second pull.When I first start it,it does not spit water out while it's idling,only after I put it in gear and rev it up a couple times does it spit water.After that it spits water in gear and idling.Shouldn't it spit water as soon as I start it ?
