4.3 won't turn over

New battery, new starter, fresh fuel, new fuel/water separator, coil and spark plugs. all I'm getting is a click/whining somewhat. able to turn the motor at the crank shaft. Need help!!

Pull the starter and have it tested

And don't be turning the engine from the crank bolt. That is a good way to ruin the crank when the threads strip

I would pull the starter and look inside at the flywheel. Could be your missing some teeth on the flywheel

Brand new starter, and I checked the flywheel. All good!

Serial number of motor and part number of starter

Ok. I'll send it tomorrow. Motor # said GM plus numbers. Not sure about serial number
