Finally got it to fire then no gas to carb..replaced pump still no gas to carb??? Filter/separator is also new. Also I paid to winterize at end of season last year hasnt ran since. It runs when gas is manually put in carb. PLEASE HELP!!

You still haven't covered all the possible fuel related issues.
You need to open up the tank and look inside (possibly through the gage sender hole)
You have an anti-siphon check-valve and a fuel pickup screen, and a vent in the tank.
It's probably not the vent but if that anti-siphon check-ball is plugged, stuck or the screen is plugged with debris, you'll never get fuel to the engine.
Another way to isolate the problem would be to get a portable tank and hose and connect it directly to the fuel line from the tank and see if the engine will run on it.
