hi folks. what is the consisancy of 3m 5200 after it cured?
i just resealed the bow of my boat hopeing to stop a minor leak from an unknown sorce. i used the 5200 fast cure and understand the cure time to be 24-48 hrs for a quater inch bead. i have more than a 1/4" beed since i filled up the void between the top and bottom of the boat. it'd be a 1/4" or less if i measured the width of it. but up front at the very front, the depth of the glue would be maybe up to an inch deep and likely more than a 1/4" in width as i was filling a pretty good gap. i am hopeing to go boatin this afternoon but am concerened about the 5200 being set up proper. if i go it will have been 43-45 hrs since i did the deed.....
