35 hp water deflectors

Question, How may deflectors for a two cylinder engine, Right now I have one for the top and one for the bottom cylinder, should there be two in the bottom cylinder? Thanks

Sorry the year is a 1976 35 hp johnson!

There are only two deflectors on the 1976 35hp model. See #5 in the following picture.
