35 hp high speed miss with video

My motor is 1981 35 hp with a jet drive lower unit that I put on it last year. It seems to be be missing at WOT. If you watch this short video I made of the motor running maybe you can steer me in the right direction on how to fix it. Any help would be very much appreciated and thanks.

I'm no expert, but it sounds like a fuel delivery problem at wot. When was the last time the carb was cleaned/rebuilt?

I would go through the carb with a fine tooth comb with compressed air and a fine wire...especially high speed jet.
