35 HP Chrysler flooding problem

Haveing problem with lower cyl overloading with gas when motor is turned off. When I restart it runs real rough for a few minutes then settles down. Anyone have any ideas.

Hi EB,<br />Iwould clean the carb, new needle and seat.<br />Check the float to see if it is fuel soaked<br />and heavy.<br />...corm...
