33 ski twin 1969

I need a little help. I just fogged the motor and when I took the spark plugs out one of the plugs took the threads with it.So I need a new head or ? I do have a mid sixties 40 horse power head will that head work?

40 will not work on a 33. Bigger bore and different cooling system. Remove the head and take it to an automotive machine shop and have it Heli-Coiled. You will need a new gasket
