33 Big Twin leg 40hp power head

Hi all
This is the same question I asked a few weeks ago stated in a different way.
I previously asked what legs will fit a 40hp lark powerhead the resonding response was a 40hp leg from the mid 50s to early 70s. for whatever reason these seem to be hard to come by in Western Australia, I have been offered a mid 60s 33hp Big Twin and curious if my Lark power head will fit this leg.
All responses welcomed.

R U sure I remember reading somewhere "in a galaxy far far away" that the 33hp leg was the same as the 40HP

Try --------------shop.evinrude.com------------Look for the picture / part # of the gasket below the engine blocks of the 2 motors in question !!!!!!!!
