30 horse evinrude boggs

I have 1993 30 horse evinrude that Bogs down when gets hot. I fish in the winter In Illinois and it runs fine when cold outside. When the summer comes it will bog down when I give it full throttle. I have the correct plugs in it and new prime bulb any suggestions?

Sounds like a fuel line might be swelling or the fuel tank vent sticks shut when it's hot. Since it runs good when it's cold outside, I'd look at the fuel lines and tank vent.

Runs better when the water is cold.
When was the impeller last changed?
Also check or replace the thermostat.
