I just purchased a 3 seater Kawasaki sts. I have 4 in my family. Myself (after two week diet) 190lbs, my wife in the 160's, 3 year old 35lbs and 2 year old 30lbs. Is it legal to ride all four of us on my 3 seater?

No. The USCG capacity plate says 3, not 4. If you try it- expect a ticket.
Why did you buy a 3 seater? There are plenty of more appropriate choices for your situation.

not sure where you're located but some places also have a minimum age requirement for PWCs.

I also think most life jackets for infants/toddlers (less than 50lbs) say they are not for PWC use. Im 99% sure thats what mine say anyway...

Am I the only one that thinks a 2 year old on a PWC is a horrible idea? I would never consider putting mine on one!

Sorry to be harsh here but I am going to be :
1.. Yes it is illegal
2.. As has been stated very bad and irresponsible to put young children at risk
3.. wrong watercraft for what your needs are , Sell it and get a small boat for the family
4.. Do not put these young children in danger for your own satisfaction

Again I apologize but the idea of children that young on a jet ski scares the hell out of me and if I was the law and caught you I would treat you like a drunk driver with a child in the car !
